Resident Technical Officer

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as an RTO with site experience in demolition works/A&A construction management and supervision of shopping mall developments.
• Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Preferably with prior experience in A&A projects involving demolition works.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of civil and building structural works according to project specifications, drawings, and the Building Control Act.
• Regularly report to the Architect/Engineer and Owner's Project Manager on all relevant matters.

Tentative contract commencement of work in Apr 2025.
