Responsibilities:

• Support Operations Manager in managing retail mall operations and maintenance
• Coordinate operational programs and execute maintenance for optimal mall performance
• Prepare annual budgets, manage maintenance contracts, and supervise operational expenses
• Assist in implementing Asset Enhancement Initiatives and tenant renovation works
• Provide operational support for mall promotional activities
• Liaise with Contract & Procurement for equipment and cyclical replacement procurement
• Manage and promptly address all feedback and service requests
• Lead technicians and manage vendor services to achieve professional operational standards
• Approve permit to work (PTW), risk assessment, safety checks and audits of the mall

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management
• Demonstrates strong initiative, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working within tight timelines, displaying resourcefulness and systematic problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work beyond standard operating hours if necessary
