Officer, Master Data Management (1 year contract)

Job Description

• Create and maintain vendor master, customer master, and bank master data within SAP for all Keppel segments.
• Ensure data is created, updated, or deactivated in accordance with Keppel’s data governance policies.
• Maintain customer credit limits within SAP.
• Perform periodic master data cleansing activities.
• Assist the MDM Manager in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when there are changes to the process.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested by immediate supervisor or the head of the department.

Job Requirements

• Possess LCCI or a qualification in an accounting-related field, or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meticulous, and a good team player.
• Self-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
