To strengthen our Sales team in Singapore, we are looking for dynamic, professional talent as Area Sales Manager for the assigned markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop direct sales in Singapore and diversifying.
- Develop assigned territories such as Batam, Philippines, and Australia, New Zealand through business partners and diversifying.
- Develop value proposition based upon Liquidtool using the 4-step sales process to end customers and business partners.
- Conduct & document tests with productivity, tool life aspects, and other related aspects in machining.
- Handle complaints in accounts.
- Retain customers by implementing retention plans.
- Work on vital parameters execution and implement in assigned territories.
- Handle overdues in the assigned territories.
- Coordinate initiatives and activities between IPs with contacts and responsible markets.
- Lead and ensure the execution of the “Take 25” strategy in the region.
- Use and update CRM for handling customers and managing daily business.
- Implement Blaser Swisslube processes and make Liquid Tool – Our way of life!

Your Profile:
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- ~ 5 years of sales or technical service experience in machine tools/cutting tools or other relevant industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, leadership skills, and good product knowledge.
