Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Director, HR in developing a learning & development strategy and assist in the implementation of onboarding & induction programmes.
- Support and implement learning needs analysis and learning plans, and monitor the utilization of the training budget.
- Develop and manage the learning management system.
- Oversee scholarship, sponsorship, internship, and overseas conferences.
- Support the development and implementation of leadership development programmes, core values training, and mentoring programmes.
- Plan and implement service excellence programmes, projects, and awards.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience in learning and development in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-versed with HR-Learning Management systems.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, resourceful, and independent worker.
- A strong team player.
- Experience in stand-up training and facilitation would be an advantage.
