Operation Manager
Job description
Connect Energy is partnering with an investment company to look for an Operation Manager for their Oil & Gas / Logistic division.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Operation Director in the day-to-day running operations and ensuring smooth execution of the job order.
- Oversee daily operational functions with good manpower planning.
- Conduct daily meetings and disseminate announcements to drivers.
- Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned.
- Advise management on any matters relating to asset vehicles and drivers.
- Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when the need arises.
- Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistic processes.
- Ensure continuous improvements of operational efficiency, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and increase productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure the highest standard of delivered service to customers with quality equipment and competent manpower.
Requirements
- Good communication skills with excellent command in written and verbal, preferably bilingual to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.
- Min. 5 years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
- Strong people management skills with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Creative, organized, solution-oriented, expert multi-tasker, self-motivated, and thrives in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
