Operation Manager

Connect Energy is partnering with an investment company to look for an Operation Manager for their Oil & Gas / Logistic division.

Responsibilities

1. Provide support to the Operation Director in the day-to-day running operations and ensuring smooth execution of the job order.
2. Oversee daily operational functions with good manpower planning.
3. Conduct daily meetings and disseminate announcements to drivers.
4. Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned.
5. Advise management on any matters relating to asset vehicles and drivers.
6. Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when the need arises.
7. Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistic processes.
8. Ensure continuous improvements of operational efficiency, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and increase productivity and efficiency.
9. Communicate with the sales team to ensure the highest standard of delivered service to customers with quality equipment and competent manpower.

Requirements

1. Good communication skills with excellent command in written and verbal, preferably bilingual to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.
2. Min. 5 years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
3. Strong people management skills with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
4. Creative, organized, solution-oriented, expert multi-tasker, self-motivated, and thrives in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
