Warehouse Supervisor - 5Days (East)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Manager of Operations in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operational activities.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Oversee the timely processing of all inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Supervise and evaluate employee performance, ensuring adherence to best practices and proper handling of equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to warehouse staff.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation to address discrepancies.
• Manage inventory accuracy through planned cycle counts, monthly reconciliations, inventory analysis, and related reporting.
• Report any irregularities in warehouse operations to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure the safety and security of warehouse operations.
• Assist the Operations Manager in implementing process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor.
