We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Showroom Executive / Retail Executive to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Job Description

As a Showroom Executive / Retail Executive, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers to our showroom with a warm and friendly demeanour.
  • Solicit new walk-in customers from all possible channels and maintain existing customers’ satisfaction level
  • Providing expert knowledge and guidance on our range of Natural Stone | Quartz | Large Format Ceramic Slabs flooring products.
  • Recommend and execute effective marketing and promotion programmes to generate customer awareness and sales
  • Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions by understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Conducting engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our range.
  • Improve the service standards and customers’ experiences at the showroom
  • Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Manage and promote showroom to achieve profitability objectives
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
  • Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Passion for the flooring industry and a desire to expand your knowledge.
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude, with the ability to provide exceptional service.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy, including experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays, as required.

  • Very good English communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, resourcefulness and a strong sense of ownership
  • Required skills: Communication and Sales Management
  • Have a principled approach to doing quality work and paying attention to details.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently.

Job Benefits

  • Remuneration depending on experience, candidates with strong skill sets could be considered as Showroom Manager and remuneration commence accordingly.

Shift and schedule: Day shift + Alternate Saturdays
