Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Increase market share and maximize profitability in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing and social media management, to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Arrange property viewings for current tenants and potential clients, close deals and prepare Sales documents.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints.
• Oversee and coordinate guest check-in/check-out processes.
• Manage OTA to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
• Need to do overtime if required.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean and Permanent Resident may apply due to limited quota
• 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in CRM software and marketing tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving targets

Work Hours

• Monday - Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
• Saturday (12pm-4pm)
