Procurement Officer (SAP, Contract Tendering) | $2600, Jurong Island ~

Our Client is a key provider of energy solutions and multi-utilities.

Duration: 1 year

Working Location: Jurong Island (Transport will be provided at Jurong East or Choa Chu Kang)

Working hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Disseminate and enforce company policies and procurement procedures to user departments.
• Assist Head of Section with procurement activities for new projects.
• Manage and oversee purchase orders and contracts for all plants.
• Ensure all purchases and contracts follow company procurement policies.
• Collaborate with other departments on tender and contract activities.
• Ensure proper contract execution and compliance with SOX requirements.
• Follow up on contractual requirements and provisions with vendors.
• Monitor overdue reports for contracts, purchase orders, insurances, and security deposits, sending reminders to departments.
• Manage vendor master data in SAP MM and SAP B1 (vendor creation and qualification).
• Conduct vendor performance reviews annually and after contract completion.
• Oversee tender sales.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, contract tendering, and admin.
• Willing to work in Jurong Island.
• Company transport provided at Choa Chu Kang/Jurong East MRT station.
