Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling correspondence from Headquarters
  2. Support card members by providing tourist and local information, reservation work, and assistance with all credit card-related matters
  3. Always follow up on requests made by customers
  4. Deal with all enquiries as well as complaints made by customers in a professional and courteous manner on the telephone, online via Line, or via email
  5. Keep current promotion, tourist, and local information provided for the card members up to date
  6. Carry out sales promotion by offering good and attractive privileges or information to the card members
  7. Maintain and improve the relationships with current merchants and establish relationships with new merchants
  8. Manage the day-to-day operation of the Lounge

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  1. Experience in the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle demanding customers
  3. Good knowledge of all tourist-related requirements and credit card matters
  4. Intermediate PC skills
  5. Good negotiation and communication skills in Japanese as the role involves dealing with Japanese clients
  6. Good writing skills
