Senior Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounts for the company and manage the finance team.
• Responsible for the monthly financial reports on a timely basis.
• Day-to-day operational activities including general ledger, AP, AR, inventory control, project costing, fixed assets & cash management.
• Perform quarterly GST reporting and submission.
• Perform half-yearly stock take and checks.
• Assist in annual statutory audit and budgeting and forecasting.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary for statutory filing duties.
• Responsible for Corporate Income Tax computation – ECI & Tax Computation and IRAS submission.
• Experience in most ERP systems and handling data migration of the systems.
• Heading the Finance and Accounting Department.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Chief Financial Officer and senior management.

Requirements

• Hardworking individual with proven competence to meet deadlines, KPIs, and reporting to Senior Management.
• Knowledge of FRSs, GST, Taxation, and statutory audit.
• Good leader and team player.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
