Responsibilities:

· Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategies to meet the organization's goals. Evaluate innovation projects and optimize costs.

· Data Analysis: Develop systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Use tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze financial data and provide insights.

· Strategic Insights: Work with leadership to create data-driven strategies for improving efficiency and innovation. Monitor financial health and identify revenue opportunities.

· Collaboration & Leadership: Align financial strategies with business goals. Mentor junior team members and encourage data-driven decision-making across teams.

· Risk & Compliance: Ensure financial reporting and processes comply with regulations. Identify and address financial and operational risks.

· Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial workflows and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields (Master’s preferred).

· 7+ years of experience in financial strategy and data analytics, ideally in healthcare or innovation.

· Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools.

· Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
