Requirements:
Degree in HR or equivalent.
At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience in an MNC manufacturing environment within the Aerospace Industry.
Expertise in HR practices with the ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced and complex setting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environment.
Salary: $4,000 to $5,500
