Admin cum Customer Service Executive (Production/ Kaki Bukit)

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
• Salary: $3,000/ month

Job Scope:

• Travel to customer sites to retrieve and collect faulty equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback related to the equipment issues.
• Monitor repair progress and perform QC checks, documenting findings in reports.
• Record and manage customer feedback in the system while maintaining an organized database.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Good communication skills.
• Singaporean only.
