About the job:

We are seeking a seasoned HubSpot CRM Specialist with 5 - 7 years of hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing end-to-end CRM implementations and possess robust integration skills. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot's CRM capabilities and the ability to tailor solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM Implementation
    a. Lead and manage full-cycle HubSpot CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment.
    b. Customize and configure HubSpot CRM to align with business processes and requirements.
    c. Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and user adoption.
  2. Integration
    a. Design and implement integrations between HubSpot CRM and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer support).
    b. Utilize APIs and third-party integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
    c. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
  3. Process Optimization
    a. Analyze existing business processes and recommend CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    b. Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentation strategies within HubSpot.
    c. Provide ongoing system improvements and support to adapt to evolving business needs.
  4. Reporting and Analytics
    a. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
    b. Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing data governance practices as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in CRM implementation, with a focus on HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end CRM projects.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM customization, configuration, and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot integrations, utilizing APIs and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, PieSync, Dell Boomi).
  • Solid understanding of data migration processes and tools.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience with CRM reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • HubSpot certifications in Implementation, Integration, and Sales Software.
  • Experience with other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and customer support tools integrated with HubSpot.
