Actively participate in the full cycle recruitment process.
Ensure the recruiting processes are delivering effectively and in an integrated manner with the overall talent needs.
Support all stages of the hiring process (pre-selection, interview, and offers).
Partner with colleagues, site leaders, and the HR community to determine the current and future recruiting needs.
Target and access top talent to fill openings at all levels of the organization.
Develop and execute candidate generation strategies while building a pipeline of talent with an emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion.
Source passive candidates through formal and informal networks, alliances, complex internet searches, database mining, and the use of social media platforms.
Perform extensive market research and industry calibration.
Collaborate with other central recruiting resources to drive integrated, productive, and cost-effective recruiting strategies and improve Talent Acquisition effectiveness.
Be involved in selecting and partnering with external research/search firms when needed.
Participate actively in the student placement program with tertiary institutions.
Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends.
You must hold a Diploma and/or equivalent academic qualification.
You have two (2) years of hiring experience in the aviation industry.
You have planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting.
You have interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships across all departments, recruitment agencies, and tertiary institutions.
