Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the operational status of the game and maintain the normal order of the game world.
  2. Provide services to domestic and international users through online chat tools, ticketing systems, etc., and resolve issues encountered by users during their gaming experience.
  3. Promptly report, follow up, and assist in handling abnormal issues reported by users, conduct follow-ups with users, and maintain and build good user relationships to enhance user satisfaction.
  4. Regularly collect and analyze user feedback and suggestions, discuss with operations and development teams, and help improve the product experience for users.
  5. Participate in testing new games before their launch, provide feedback on the experience, and collaborate with operations and development teams to enhance the quality of new games.

Job Requirements:

  1. College degree or higher, with no prior work experience required.
  2. Passionate about games, a seasoned gamer with strong game comprehension skills.
  3. Patient, detail-oriented, and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, capable of effectively communicating and addressing questions and concerns.
  4. Outgoing personality, independent thinking skills, and a mindset for optimization.
