Our recruitment team is dedicated to attracting top talent for the Regional & Singapore Commercial Teams. We hire for a diverse range of roles, including Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Business Product Managers, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Consultants. With a strong focus on finding the right people to drive business success, we work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. As part of our collaborative and driven team, you’ll play a key role in independently attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring strategies while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for different portfolios, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talents through various channels
  • Conduct initial phone screenings, interview coordination and offer management
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs
  • Conceptualise, drive and evaluate talent recruitment-related initiatives that will contribute to long-term improvements in team’s objectives, productivity and development
  • Leverage recruitment data and market insights to advise stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field with minimum 4 years of relevant recruitment work experience
  • Passion for people, organisational, and cultural transformation
  • Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly adaptable and motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
