• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline shared services operations
• Drive change management for finance system enhancements and processes across multiple locations
• Design and set up future operating and data model

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand system architecture, system integrations and data model
• Experience leading change management or process redesign initiatives an advantage
