Job Description:

• Analyze and clarify RFQs (Request for Quotation) or opportunities during the pre-tender and tender phases.
• Develop a Risk Management (RM) checklist.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of tenders for single or multi-systems, including mechanical, electrical, and ELV, ensuring that all submissions are complete, high-quality, technically compliant, and submitted on time.
• Consolidate and analyze technical documentation, bills of quantities, price schedules, cost estimates, financial data, and commercial contracts during the tender preparation and clarification phase.
• Facilitate project involvement during the tender stage and collaborate on manpower planning with the project team to develop the project organization chart and preliminary costs.
• Prepare a tender cost summary for management approval regarding the profit margin for the tender.
• Lead and coordinate tender reviews and meetings to ensure a comprehensive and quality handover to the project management team.
• Prepare and submit weekly tender reports.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any other related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in cost/tender management role.
