Accounts Assistant (West) | UP $3600

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in full set of accounts, including month-end closing activities.
• Prepare accurate financial statements for HQ reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist, manage and maintain fixed asset register.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports, annual income tax filing, withholding tax, etc.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters, including preparing audit and tax schedules and supporting documents.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and credit control management.
• Handle employee expense claims via Concur.
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
