QA Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Liaise with customers to provide technical support and resolve quality-related concerns.
• Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards within the production environment.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a precision engineering environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers.
• Proficient in using quality measurement tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of quality standards and certification processes in precision engineering.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
