IT Infrastructure Support, Assistant Manager (Banking)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure for SG Branch, including the technology refresh for End-Of-Support (EOS) devices.
2. Maintain and monitor the data backup system and devices.
3. Perform patch management to ensure the installation of the latest patches for critical servers and IT equipment.
4. Provide access rights management for file servers or shared folders.
5. Manage and maintain the IT system policies to adhere to regulatory requirements, such as ensuring the Group Policy Object in Windows servers follows the HO or regulatory password policy.
6. Assist in monitoring and supporting third-party application systems, such as CTS, G3, SWIFT Alliance, EBS, Bloomberg, RTGS, and Treasury trading terminals.
7. Participate in the Annual BCP Drill and Building Power Shutdown exercises.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5 years of full-time experience in IT within the banking industry.
2. MCSE or CCNA certification is an advantage.
3. Well-versed in major market IT security tools: Symantec, Trendmicro, Forcepoint, etc.
4. Good experience in IT disaster recovery planning (DRP) and business continuity.
5. Good knowledge of maintaining and troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers, Cisco switches, F5 VPN, and Checkpoint firewalls.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and external parties at all levels.
7. Experience in vendor management.
8. Knowledge of IT project management is preferred.
