Looking for an exciting opportunity to kick-start your marketing career at an innovative commercial real estate company? PropertyBank Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in our Raffles Place office. This is a full-time role that will play a key part in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving our digital presence.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including website, social media, email, and online advertising
• Providing support in creating and curating high-quality content such as blog posts, social media posts, and marketing collaterals
• Analysing marketing performance data and providing insights to inform future strategies
• Coordinating and supporting the execution of marketing events and initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
• Providing administrative support to the CEO and marketing team as needed

What we're looking for

• Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing and admin role, experience in the real estate or technology industry is a bonus
• Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different channels
• Proficiency in using various marketing and social media tools, such as Canva and Google Analytics, is a bonus
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
