Senior Social Media Executive

About Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Executive to join our team at MustShareNews under TSL Media. You will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of the social media strategy for MustShareNews, with a focus on driving audience engagement and growth across MustShareNews’s social media channels which include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social sites that arise. The successful candidate should have content creation experience and follow the news.

What You Will Do

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
2. Develop a clear framework to drive social content optimization across MustShareNews’s social media channels which primarily include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other secondary sites where relevant.
3. Create and curate engaging content for the company’s social media accounts.
4. Ongoing monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
5. Willing to go beyond basic tracking to analyzing and drawing hypothesis, including providing a daily digest of observations + recommendations.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute best-in-class social media campaigns.
7. Manage and lead a team of social media executives; you will be the main point of contact for MustShareNews social media team.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company’s social media presence stays relevant and effective.
9. Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

A Successful Candidate Should Have

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy and management, with experience leading a team of min 2 pax.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3. Able to produce, create and edit content.
4. Good understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
5. Actively follows trending news in Singapore/globally.
6. Strong project management and organization skills.
7. Proven track record of driving audience engagement and growth on social media platforms.
