Job Position: Principal or Acting Principal

We are seeking passionate and visionary leaders to take on the role of Principal or Acting Principal for our two branches, conveniently located near Toa Payoh and Bartley MRT stations.

Pre-requisites:

• A strong passion for early childhood education and leadership.
• Must hold an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience and 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in early childhood settings.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, pedagogy, and compliance with ECDA licensing regulations.
• Proven ability to inspire, lead, and mentor a team to achieve organizational goals.
