1. Role

Lead aircraft valuations, analyse deal economics, manage transactions and commercial issues for ongoing leases.

2. Job Description

1. Prepare financial models for aircraft valuations using maintenance events forecasting provided by technical team.
2. Prepare terms sheets, Letters of Intent (LOI) for aircraft lease and acquisition transactions.
3. Manage transactions with legal counsel, coordinating support from various functions.
4. Manage commercial issues with ongoing lessees.
5. Perform market research to understand trends in the aviation industry, including aircraft values, lease rates, and market demand.
6. Other support duties or assignments as required.

3. Requirements

1. Suitable candidate is expected to possess a degree in Engineering, Finance and/or Accounting, or related disciplines. Proficiency in financial modelling will be an advantage.
2. At least 3 years in aviation finance, aviation maintenance and program management. Experience in the aviation leasing industry, aircraft conversions and M&A advisory services will be viewed favourably.
3. Understanding of aircraft and engine maintenance condition and maintenance cashflow forecasts will be an advantage.
4. Highly organized, conscientious while handling multiple tasks and transactions simultaneously.
5. Capable of independent work and strong team player.
