What You’ll Be Doing
Drive all functions HR to support overall growth of the company
Keep accurate and confidential records of employee details
Prepare HR related letters including but not limited to Terms of Employment, Confirmation Letters, Performance Improvement Plans, Appeal Letters, Termination Letters etc
Plan and apply for work passes
Manage the entire talent acquisition pipeline
Oversee and supervise team of recruiters
Conduct interviews and negotiations with candidates as needed
Manage employee benefits including but not limited to foreign worker insurance, workplace injury insurance, medical benefits, leave administration etc.
Manage and oversee accurate and timely process of employee payroll including but not limited to timesheets review, salary calculations, payroll report generation, maintain foreign worker quota balance etc
Keep track of mandatory staff training needs and ensure the requirements are met including but not limited to PWM requirements, expiring food hygiene certificates etc
Prepare and deliver training materials on ad hoc basis
Who We’re Looking For
1. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or similar is advantageous but not required
At least 3 – 5 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B and retail industries

Strong spoken and written communication skills
Creative problem-solving and initiative-taking skills

Display adaptability and flexibility
