PURPOSE OF JOB
You will participate in the manufacturing or assembly of medical devices. You will also ensure daily output of quality products while adhering to quality and safety practices.

JOB FUNCTION

1. To build, test and/or inspect product to meet most of the set output rate, cost and quality standard, safety targets, and contribute to the continuous improvement efforts of the team.
2. Participate in process team Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) activities.
3. To meet Zero Quality - Defect Per Million on Human Related Issues.
4. Contribute with in-depth skill proficiency in at least 1 assembly station.
5. Responsible for ownership in planning individual work station capacity, output, quality, and safety.
6. Provide peer coaching to trainees on the assembly process.

INTERACTION
Internal communication with all levels of associates.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. Minimum primary education, preferably with credits in English or any other equivalent certification.
2. Minimum 6 months of relevant manufacturing experience.
3. Flexible Shift; 7.00am-3.00pm, 7.30am-5.00pm, 3.00pm-11.00pm and 11.00pm-7.00am.
4. Shift Allowance.
