Inside Sales Executive ( West | Up to $3,6k basic with Bonus)

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
2. Respond quickly to customer requests and follow up.
3. Handle customer inquiries by providing quotes and tracking their status.
4. Work with internal teams to process orders.
5. Analyze and prepare forecasts for purchasing and planning.
6. Organize meetings to ensure teams understand customer needs.
7. Manage inventory to meet customer demand.
8. Resolve customer issues related to changes, quality, or delivery.
9. Follow company safety rules and procedures.
10. Plan, manage, and coordinate projects to stay on schedule.
11. Ensure clear communication between departments.
12. Keep customers updated on project progress.

Qualifications:

1. Possess B2B sales experience.
2. Possess a technical background in manufacturing industries.
3. Have experience in managing projects, interacting with customers, and collaborating with internal teams.
