Sales and Marketing Manager

Our Client:

Our client is a well-established food manufacturing and distribution company in Singapore with regional presence. They are seeking for a Sales and Marketing Mager to drive sales growth, brand awareness, and market expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

The Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a 3 to 5-year strategic plan to achieve the company's long-term growth objectives.
• Annual Sales Planning: Create detailed annual sales plans, including growth strategies, budget allocation, and product sales KPIs.
• Sales Team Management: Set clear targets for the sales team and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.
• Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility, expand market presence, and grow market share.
• Customer and Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, partners, and vendors to drive business growth.
• Brand Management: Oversee branding initiatives to ensure consistent market positioning and product visibility.
• Packaging Management: Lead packaging design and development to align with the company’s brand and regulatory standards.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and online campaigns, to enhance brand presence.
• Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns and promotional events to boost sales and engage customers.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales and marketing performance, adjust strategies, and optimize for improved results.
• Other related duties as required by management

The Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food industry
• Familiar with OEM business with solid contacts within Horeca, food services, institutes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with business development mindset
