Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Social Worker within the agency, you may be deployed to work with various client groups, including families, elderly, children, and youth. The roles & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct triage and intake services for members of the community.
  • Provide casework and counselling interventions for individuals and families.
  • Plan and conduct group work to support the needs of beneficiaries.
  • Engage in community work to build an ecosystem of assets and resources.
  • Engagement and advocate with systems and stakeholders in the community.
  • Strategize and coordinate interventions to support beneficiaries.
  • Assist with company projects or report submissions.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD/supervisor.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor / Postgraduate Diploma / Masters in Social Work.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Casework, Counselling, Risk and crisis management, Group work facilitation.
  • No prior work experience required for new entrants to social work.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify and solve complex problems in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable seamless collaboration with diverse groups.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, articulate ideas concisely, and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Passionate about uplifting vulnerable individuals and building thriving communities.
