Job Description
To support and maintain NUS Concur system which allows NUS staff to raise travel requests and expense claims.

Duties and Responsibilities

To ensure that NUS Concur system is always up and running and also to incorporate enhancements when required which are beneficial to NUS staff. To liaise with SAP Concur support to raise system-related issues or to work on the enhancements as part of the services subscribed by NUS. To be involved in project management as well as stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 12 years within IT industry, inclusive of 6 years or longer in SAP Concur Functional role inclusive of systems design, functional, configuration and user support experience, and at least 3 years' experience in project management inclusive of one complete cycle in an IT project implementation.
• Strong understanding in Travel Request, Travel Booking and Expense Report functions/modules
• Experience in configuring Concur solutions will be an added advantage
• Experience with Concur API integration and Concur Cognos reporting
• Knowledge in Concur Detect will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience in integrating Concur with SAP S/4 Hana system and other systems such as Single Sign-On and cloud solutions.
