Job Description:
- Designing and updating job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates from various channels including social media.
- Crafting recruitment ads and other content to attract candidates.
- Identify and select potential candidates that match the specific business needs.
- Conduct screening, job matching and interviews.
- Conduct and complete job applicant reference checks and other pre-employment procedures.
- Plan and monitor manpower requirements to ensure staffing levels are within the budgeted headcount.
- Maintain candidate database.
- Support any new initiatives or projects needed by the department.
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Familiar with tracking systems and databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive, driven and willing to take on new challenges.
