Job description

Job Description:

  • Designing and updating job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates from various channels including social media.
  • Crafting recruitment ads and other content to attract candidates.
  • Identify and select potential candidates that match the specific business needs.
  • Conduct screening, job matching and interviews.
  • Conduct and complete job applicant reference checks and other pre-employment procedures.
  • Plan and monitor manpower requirements to ensure staffing levels are within the budgeted headcount.
  • Maintain candidate database.
  • Support any new initiatives or projects needed by the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Familiar with tracking systems and databases.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive, driven and willing to take on new challenges.
