Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Handle employee onboarding/offboarding process.
  4. Assist in the monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in compensation.
  5. Address payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  6. Coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
  7. Maintain records of training sessions and employee participation.
  8. Handle work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.
  9. Stay updated on changes to work permit policies and communicate relevant information to management and employees.
  10. Ensure company policies and practices align with legal requirements and best practices.
  11. Provide support in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  12. Ad hoc duties if assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and work pass processes.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Working Hours:

Mon to Fri: 9 AM to 6 PM
