Position Overview

We are seeking a Temporary Accounts Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in AR, bookkeeping, and other accounting related activities.
  2. Preparation of invoices, DOs and related documents.
  3. Provide general administrative support.
  4. Filing and scanning documents.
  5. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting knowledge and bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in SAP is a plus.
  • Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
