Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager in Singapore to join our team. This role will ensure the effective and efficient project management. You will be responsible for project delivery process and result, contributing to customer satisfaction. This will be a key role in our Project Management team and will closely collaborate with internal teams.

What you will do:

1. Lead project delivery and management tasks
2. Own project performance (Budget, Schedule, Result) of assigned projects
3. Main point of contact with customer for project delivery and customer satisfaction
4. Responsible for liaising with suppliers and contractors for project related matters
5. Coordinate project requests, receive instructions, understand demands, and attend meetings with customers
6. Create project technical solutions and project kick-off
7. Create and submit project related reports under agreement with customers
8. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the approved program and methodology
9. Manage good relationship with customer and end users
10. Coordinate with engineering team for front-end and back-end related works
11. Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational & functional excellence with capability building to achieve business goals & targets

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Mechanical, EEE, or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of extensive experience as a Project Manager of Electrical/Mechanical/IT/Software or equivalent
3. Technical consulting background is a plus
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit drawings, Mechanical and Electrical knowledge, and modelling software
5. Proven track record in delivering strong results with accountability
6. Proficient in Jira and Microsoft Office Suite
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and dealing with external customers and stakeholders
8. Experience in Data Centre Operations and Maintenance, HVAC, Controls/Building automation industry, CFD environment simulation, GreenMark or LEED consultancy is preferred
9. Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus
