UI/UX Designer (FinTech)

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join a fast-growing FinTech company in Singapore!

Salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Bonus (2-3 months)

Permanent position, handling FinTech/Blockchain related projects

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product and business teams to create solutions considering user needs and technical challenges.
2. Work with designers to maintain consistent creative visual standards and governance across different landing pages.
3. Translate the product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, user-testing, and iteration related to digital product design.
4. Plan and conduct research to gather insights or validate hypotheses and design solutions.
5. Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity product prototypes according to the UX concept for digital products.
6. Interpret both quantitative and qualitative data as parameters to be documented in the design decisions.
7. Design interface elements (UI) graphics according to design guidelines to increase product usage with appropriate design methods.
8. Prepare all design assets for submission to the developer.
9. Design low-fi and high-fi wireframes, suggesting copywriting (if applicable).
10. Articulate design concepts and required interactions with stakeholders.
11. Ensure consistency and usability for applicable devices and systems, i.e., iOS and Android.

Requirements:

1. Singaporean only.
2. Minimum 3 years in designing web/mobile products, working in the IT software application domain (financial services or FinTech industry is a plus).
3. Possess Web2/Web3 design experience.
4. Solid understanding of current UI design practices to create an efficient & seamless user experience, and a passion for user interface design and understanding of UX processes.
5. Working experience on prototyping, visual design applications (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.), wireframing, and user flows.
