Job Title: Freelance Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Trainer to conduct training sessions on AutoCAD and SketchUp Pro for professionals in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, or related Engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in using these software tools and experience in adult education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, and deliver engaging training sessions on AutoCAD and SketchUp Pro.
• Provide hands-on guidance to enhance learning outcomes.
• Adapt training content to suit different learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and assessments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AutoCAD and SketchUp Pro.
• Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment for adult learners.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education & Certification:
  • Workplace Literacy (WPL) proficiency at Level 5, OR
  • Diploma in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, or a related Engineering discipline (or equivalent).
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or an equivalent adult training certification.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience using either AutoCAD or SketchUp Pro.
  • At least 2 years of experience in adult education or education in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, or a related Engineering field.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor training methods to suit adult learners.
