Facilities Technician
Shift Works
Location: Central (Near to MRT)
Basic Salary: $2700 - $3000

Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs for plumbing and sanitary services.
• Handle daily customer inquiries, address needs, and resolve complaints.
• Conduct air conditioning servicing and maintenance.
• Maintain and service ACMV systems and chillers.
• Oversee electrical control systems, ensuring proper functionality and safety.

Requirements:

• Willing to learn
• Training is provided
• Able to commit to shift hours (5.5 days)
• Basic knowledge of ACMV / BMS system / Electrical / Fire Protection System
