Service Crew (Cafe)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers courteously and assist them with their orders, if needed.
2. Prepare and serve beverages consistent with company’s quality standards.
3. Serve customers with their food.
4. Maintain beverage making appliances/equipment in a functional and clean manner to support efficient beverage making.
5. Perform cashier’s duties.
6. Clean and maintain the café areas including washing of table wares.
7. Assist in the stocking and replenishment of beverage supplies.
8. Follow the company’s security & safety procedures, hygiene & service practices.
9. Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience and a valid food safety course level 1 certificate.
2. Minimum secondary school education.
3. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (for part-time staff: Thursday – Sunday full shift). Shifts: 9am – 6pm and 12pm – 9pm.
4. Able to work independently and support other team members proactively in a fast-paced environment.
