Service Crew (Cafe)
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously and assist them with their orders, if needed.
- Prepare and serve beverages consistent with company’s quality standards.
- Serve customers with their food.
- Maintain beverage making appliances/equipment in a functional and clean manner to support efficient beverage making.
- Perform cashier’s duties.
- Clean and maintain the café areas including washing of table wares.
- Assist in the stocking and replenishment of beverage supplies.
- Follow the company’s security & safety procedures, hygiene & service practices.
- Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience and a valid food safety course level 1 certificate.
- Minimum secondary school education.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (for part-time staff: Thursday – Sunday full shift). Shifts: 9am – 6pm and 12pm – 9pm.
- Able to work independently and support other team members proactively in a fast-paced environment.
