Job Description:

1. Design and navigate impactful brand building strategies, ads and initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and build brand experiences (local and global).
2. Formulate and execute integrated communication campaigns for the Corporation and other business markets.
3. Establish partnerships with industry companies, agencies, media outlets, and other external partners for collaborations to broaden the reach of the business's brand messaging.
4. Conduct regular and consistent research, brand competitive analysis, and surveys to identify brand awareness gaps, with current marketing trends and industry practices to help develop leading strategies to support the Corporation in achieving its business objectives.
5. Utilize a variety of online marketing tools such as SEO & SEM to enhance product awareness and customer reach.
6. Develop measurements to evaluate program effectiveness and analyze & compile reports for management review.
7. Manage brand guidelines and brand checks on a regular basis to ensure brand consistency for the Corporation.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Finance, or any related field.
2. More than 5 years’ proven marketing experience in digital/event marketing gained in sizable technology, internet, or fintech/financial companies.
3. Familiar with content integrated marketing, with the ability to independently operate project control, have strong execution ability and adaptability, and possess rich experience in organization and scheduling.
4. Excellent brand awareness and possess deep insights into brand, market, and marketing.
5. Possess innovative thinking ability, good communication skills, and strong data analysis ability; skilled in using various office software.
