Class 3 Driver cum Warehouse Assistant (MNC / 5 Days / Up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus / Pioneer)

Job Description

• Position: Class 3 Driver cum Warehouse Assistant
• Well Established Singapore Based Metal Testing Laboratory MNC
• 5 Days Work Week (9:00am – 6:00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus
• Working Location: Pioneer

• Industry: Metal Testing Laboratory Services

Main Responsibilities:

1. Samples receiving (Customers send the samples to office).
2. Loading and unloading of the metal samples by using a forklift.
3. Allocate and prepare samples (unboxing, repositioning, labelling) for the next process.
4. Verify sample identification matches the client request or client documentation.
5. Send/ collect the samples to or from the workshop department.
6. Set up a good storage place and system to track samples.
7. Proper labeling and storage of samples from Customers.
8. Prepare samples to be returned - wrap and pack samples.
9. Liaise with Test Department to consolidate tested specimens for return to Customers.
10. Collect and deliver samples to customers or vendors.
11. Send or pick up colleagues from site jobs.
12. Other ad-hoc duties as required by the head of department.

Requirements:

1. Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
2. At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
3. Possess of a valid forklift license is an added advantage.
