Manager/Senior Manager – Research & Data Analytics - Dorothy M.

Our client is building a Data Analytics and Research team. It's a great opportunity to lead actionable insights that inform organizational strategy and decision-making.

The Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team to conduct in-depth research and data analysis initiatives
2. Interact with business stakeholders to understand business data and analytics requirements and identify data-driven opportunities
3. Responsible for exploring information from multiple diverse sources, analyzing data and gaining insights into intelligence that is actionable
4. Design and develop databases, spreadsheets, and analytical tools for data tracking and interpretation
5. Identify and uncover new insights, trends & patterns, and communicate and discuss with key stakeholders
6. Build sustainable processes and construct models to support the expanding data volumes and ensure data quality & accessibility
7. Regularly review and validate for continual improvements and ensure the business value has been met

The Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business or related field/equivalent experience
2. Over 5 years’ experience in Research and Data Analysis.
3. Familiar with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense
4. Ability to work on multiple projects involving multiple senior stakeholders concurrently
5. Strong presentation and communication skills
6. Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
7. Strong analytical skills and able to work under tight timelines
