Manufacturing Assistant / Leader (Wafer Fab)

Job Responsibility:

• Monitor production line tools and related production indicators through a fully automated dispatching system.
• Communicate with relevant departments to assist in handling any abnormalities in tool operations and dispatching.
• Perform cleanroom wafer box unpacking/packing and inventory management of raw materials.

Qualifications:

• Educational Level: High school graduate or above; no specific field of study required.
• Experience: Relevant experience in semiconductor wafer fab is required.

Skills:

• Attention to detail, teamwork and communication skills, self-learning ability, and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to operate basic Microsoft Office.
• Basic proficiency in English (for tool interface).
• Willing to work under cleanroom environment & office work environment.
• Able to perform 12 hours Day/Night shift.
• Able to commit to shift rotation.
• Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months.
