We are seeking a dynamic Preschool Principal to lead a premium private preschool.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the school’s operations, ensuring excellence in education, team management, and alignment with the brand’s mission and values. You will lead a team of up to 30 staff members, primarily teachers, in delivering a high-quality learning experience for children while fostering a nurturing and professional environment.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in early childhood education, with a proven track record in team management and curriculum development.
2. Education: Advance Diploma in Early Childhood – Leadership - ADECL.
3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment.
