As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Geniebook, you will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top teaching talent. You will ensure we bring in passionate, tech-savvy, and innovative educators who align with Geniebook’s mission of helping students learn smarter and do better.
Jobscope:
Lead the full recruitment cycle for Geniebook’s curriculum and teaching team and related support roles, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding.
Drive impactful hiring strategies and track key recruitment metrics, continuously refining hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices in the education and EdTech sector.
Work across the organisation to position Geniebook as an employer of choice for educators, and in so doing build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in EdTech, education, or curriculum-focused hiring. Strong understanding of private education industry roles; strong network of teaching professionals is a plus.
Experienced in talent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
