Job Description:
- Recruitment: Posting and regularly updating job advertisements.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with store staff for recruitment decisions.
- Managing quotas for hiring foreign workers and conducting monthly quota checks.
- Onboarding: Issuing offer letters.
- Handling visa applications and work pass based on visa types.
- Pre-employment screening, ID verification, and document checks.
- Preparing and exchanging Letters of Appointment.
- Conducting onboarding sessions (e.g., explaining company rules, updating employee lists, and registering personal information).
- Offboarding: Updating the employee list.
- Managing required documentation with departing employees.
- Attendance Management: Administering the attendance management system.
- Screening store staff clock-in/clock-out data.
- Payroll Processing: Extracting necessary data from the attendance management system and sharing it with external payroll service providers.
- Verifying payroll results and entering transfer details into Internet Banking
- Other duties, but not limited to addressing employee inquiries about employment terms, handling administrative duties (e.g., managing office supplies).
Job Requirements:
- At least 15 years of HR working experience; prior experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Those with experience in the similar capacity is preferred.

- Those proficient in Japanese language is an added advantage, to communicate with Japanese stakeholders.
Compensation:
- Working hours: 08:30 - 17:15
