Job Responsibilities:
Involve in HR order fulfilment such as building up the customer’s database, interviewing & selection, job matching, processing applications, and service delivery.
Assist in companies’ recruitment needs.
Provide feedback or advice to companies on market trends, labour market supply, and pay rates.
Draft advertisements in job portals such as online portals or newspapers to assist in internal recruitment.
Arrange interviews and other HR coordination work, including onboarding & offboarding.
Participate in a 1 to 1 mentorship program designed especially for individual consultants.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree (in any discipline) from recognized institutions.
Positive, enthusiastic, and self-driven individuals.
Proficient in interpersonal communication.
Active participation in sports or school activities is an added advantage.
No prior experience is required as training is included!
